Breakfast buffet was quite good. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate little things like the fact they provide laundry detergent. I also liked that they provided guest laundry machines.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast buffet wastes very little food when it's shutting down. If you get there late (9:00+ when it closes at 9:30), expect slim pickings. You can still get an omelette made to order, but don't expect more cut fruit to appear. Hotel wifi login page constantly de-auths your devices. The login is annoying, and you'll end up memorizing the username/password and regularly re-entering it. The wifi can be super slow depending on location. I had a work video conference call at 5am that I couldn't avoid, which I intended to take from the IT conference room to avoid waking my family. The 2GHz wifi (couldn't get 5GHz) was lossy and high latency at 4:45am. I ended up rigging up an ethernet connection which worked, but a non-computer person wouldn't be able to do this... so if you're intending to do synchronous work from the resort, I recommend a dry run or two if it's important.
The location in Koror is great for access to restaurants, tours, etc. The beach and pool are great for the kids. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the renovated rooms and the interior was modern and comfortable. My family of 6 was very happy with the resort, and we'll certainly consider it when we return to Palau.

Very friendly staff. Up graded property from previous visit. Room was nice. Enjoyed the balcony. Breakfast was excellent. All the amenities. Close to snorkeling park. Nice on site shop and scuba store. Always enjoy the little beach area. Nice little coral reef starting.

United States of AmericaOur room faced the marina. Ask for a beach view room which is far superior.
The pool and beach were excellent. We used this as a day-use hotel after vacating our liveaboard at 8am and before our 1am flight. We never tried the hotel restaurant. There is a bar/restaurant on the waterfront a five minute walk from the hotel which serves great food at a reasonable price. We lunched there. We ate dinner at the excellent Taj restaurant in downtown Koror which has a free pickup/dropoff service to/from your hotel. (Koror's "downtown" is too far to walk comfortably and has little to offer.) The hotel allowed check in at about 11 but we used the pool right from our arrival at 8am and onwards. While a pricey for just dayuse, it was a very pleasant place to spend the day and evening.

GuamBeds were firm. Both of us have bad backs. The housekeeping staff brought a soft mattress topper that helped alot and was very comfortable. :))
The location was excellent, the staff was superb!! Very friendly and willing to go out of their way. They took time to get to know you and anticipated your needs. SUPER FRIENDLY! Rooms clean and spacious. The salt water pond out in front was awesome with fish feeding at the end of every day. The restaurant staff even made a cheesecake for my wife's birthday! Couples massage was very relaxing. Thanks to everyone for making this such a wonderful trip! We will be back! Dr Bob and Tammy.

United States of AmericaPrice was reasonable for a hotel but a lot for a family of 5 with a 3 person maximum per room. Room was large enough to have fit us all so was frustrating to spend double cost and to sleep in twin beds separate from my spouse, however,Staff accommodated adjoining room with kids and once we accepted cost, we enjoyed the extra room especially with dive and snorkel gear.
The staff was AMAZING. So friendly and kind and felt like family. Breakfast was fantastic. Beer and laundry facilities prices were fair. Charging to room was very convenient with international cash and cards. Beach was very small but private. Kids room was amazing and much appreciated. 24 hour front desk was very helpful considering odd flight times. Location is perfect if you are diving as it is right next to the docks for the companies. Also waking distance to mini marts and bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The resort has a private dock where we can ask the tour company to pick us up and send us back, which is really convenient. It's enjoyable to walking along the private beach and gazing the stars.

We chose the resort for the pool and beach but unfortunately the weather didn't play ball and we had rain and also suffered from bad colds during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to a number of good places to eat but the hotel restaurant was empty in the evening (possibly closed?). Overall the hotel was empty with what seemed to be hardly anyone staying.

Nice beach. Friendly staff. Clean environment. The resort is not very big but everything is delicate and comfortable. There are not many tourists after the pandemic. We enjoy the stay with our 8-month old baby!
