We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

QatarThere was a terrible smell of smoke in my room coming in a few hours throughout the day, even though I don't smoke. The coffee sachets contained milk, which is bad for my lactose intolerance and for the environment. It would be better if you had a pure coffee sachet instead of a 3-in-1. Lots of people in the world can't digest milk properly.
The room is simple and handy. The chair is comfortable. Good that the AC has a remote. It's better than some hotels that have touchscreens for AC and lights.
