There was absolutely nothing to dislike during my stay, as everything exceeded my expectations and I genuinely cannot point out a single negative aspect of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles from the staff, which immediately made me feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning, combining modern luxury with a timeless charm, and the views of the Arabian Gulf are simply breathtaking. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of for a comfortable stay. The resort facilities are outstanding — from the beautifully maintained pool and private beach to the state-of-the-art gym and relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Each restaurant offered a variety of cuisines, and every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding throughout, but I want to give a special mention to Fahim, the housekeeper, who made my stay extra comfortable. He was always attentive, polite, and very detail-oriented in keeping my room spotless and perfectly arranged every day. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always attentive but never intrusive. Whether for business, leisure, or a family getaway, the Sheraton Grand Doha is the perfect choice. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Nothing - our stay was perfection!

Everything was perfect! In my opionion, this is arguably the best hotel in Doha. Beautiful resourcces, perfect location for the city centre, attentative staff, quality rooms, fine choice of dinning and the beach resort is a perfect place to relax. I thorouhgly recommend this lovely hotel for a stay.

Maybe improve corridor smell, especially on the floor i was in (6th floor). There was always a bad smell whenever we walked across the corridor to the elevator from our room or vise versa.

The activities in the hotel were amazing. We went on the jet ski and had a lot of fun. The pool and the beach were very relaxing and we really enjoyed our time outside under the sun.

While not the newest hotel in Doha, the facilities are excellent. I loved the pool and spa, and the beach was fanatstic too. I stayed during Ramadan and the hotel did an excellent job of catering for everyone. If I ever return i would be more than happy to stay here again.

Service was consistently outstanding during the month of Ramadan. Non-fasting guests enjoyed an incredible lunch buffet on the top floor with a gorgeous view. The room was impressively spacious, and the bed offered unparalleled comfort.

Rooms were outdated, non functional AC, no minibar on arrival, poor comms between departments, rooms not checked prior to arrival with electricity in the room.

Location was central. Staff tried their best to be helpful.

Room service confused orders numerous times. One curtain, bedside telephone and shower all needed repairing during stay. Curtain broke again on first use after repair.

Allowed to check into room upon arrival from cruise ship at 0900 !!! Allowed to check out of room at 1900 to catch late night flight !!!
