United KingdomOn many occasions, the pool water was too warm to swim in, and the pool temperature wasn't controlled considering the weather was so hot. The water in the pool needs to be cooler. Sealant in the bathroom had mould, needs to be left over night with bleach which will remove the mould. The bathroom needs to be cleaner. Families and children were too noisy late at night and in the early hours, signs need to be up asking people to be respectful and keep noise down.
Great pool, food was good. Staff were very kind.

QatarThere was just this one person at reception who was dismissive and rude. during check-in. I understand there were a lot of people for the holidays, but he was pointing his finger and raising his voice, telling people that there is a cue he will be calling off, when there was no number being given as some sort of organization. If people were given numbers and were politely asked to wait their turn, we could have had a smoother check-in experience.
The beach was nice and clean, but would be better with more chairs by the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Room service was excellent. Most of the staff were nice and accommodating (shout out to Eric and Ishan who were really cool)..
