Beautiful hotel. Everything was first class. The room, the staff, the food, the pool, the spa and the gym.

Rooms Furnitures and decorations are not with standards of the Ritz Carleton hotels. Rooms toilets place is very small and Hardley accommodate normally built person Room balcony is not what you see in the pictures.

the pool and the beach were excellent well maintained. breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. staff all over the hotel were amazing they will be more than happy to serve you at all times.

The rooms are not soundproof, i could hear conversations from next room … the level of noise from the side and top rooms at night was very uncomfortable.

Amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton! Exceptional staff at every encounter, from the welcome every time in reception, the pool, the beach and the spa where the lovely girls helped us organise tennis, complimentary with rackets too. Housekeeping were extremely thoughtful, little surprises throughout our stay, flowers, towel art, we loved it. Special shout out to the team in the Club Lounge, brilliant they looked after us so perfectly, Mila, Dyanne, Wilberforce, everyone, thank you. It was my husband’s birthday and he was treated to balloons, cakes flowers and singing, in the room, Lounge and even the beach! Thank you so much everyone. The view from the Club Lounge was Wow, the food, drinks on offer throughout the day wonderful, definitely recommend. We had a great evening at B Lounge, one of the Hotels restaurants, lovely setting, beautiful food, again wonderful staff. Hotel buggies take you to the beach, just over a bridge, they took us to the shopping mall just at the entrance to the hotels long driveway. We had a fun night out in Lusail. We enjoyed long swims in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool area was pretty. Can really recommend a luxurious stay at the Ritz Carlton where everyone wants you to have the best time.

Absolutely fantastic service from the minute we arrived till the minute we left! Every member of staff was so welcoming and despite being fully booked made us feel like we were their only guests! A special mention for Pearl who was amazing wrh our daughter and made her stay so much more special.

We had 2 rooms and this was for both of them, the rooms were not being cleaned well everyday, for ex: towels not being changed everyday, plates on the dining table not cleaned and changed. they were left on the dining table with the trash on them. Trash bin were not emptied.

The breakfast was very good with lots of diversity. The service was great at the restaurants, pool, beach were great. We really appreciated the help at the reception and specially all the stuff in the hotel lobby trying to help us organise our stay and activities.
