The fridge and the microwave oven in the room. The cheap fare. Apparent contradiction but it’s not really. Let me explain. These commodities and the fact that rooms are cheap bear a negative impact on the who le experience since guests are themselves not among the finest and most educated. My neighbor (room 310) spoke on his cellphone on the terrace outside the second floor until 1:30/2:00 am quite loudly I must say. Add in the paper-thin walls to boot! Said noise woke me up and kept me awake until 3:00 am at least! So here my conclusion: If you can afford to spend more money spare yourself that kind of cheap lodging or come prepared (noise cancelation apparel…)!

Nothing. I am so surpriced that booking.com allows this to be listed and sold. I arrived late but complained immediatly as i refused to stay in the room. Owner was impossible to reach, and booking.com did nothing. When i finally found someone myself, they could not move me to another room, and it was impossible to find anything else at that time as whole Saint Denis was full due to valentines day. I demanded a refund which the owner agreed to, for then to move me the next day. Now, the owner does not answer and refuse to pay the refund. This place is a scam and a joke!

First of all- i received no information of how to enter the room as there is no staff present, so i had to contact the property through booking.com to locate a key in a key box. -The room was nothing like the photos. On the photos it looks «okay» but the reality was awful. - The room was so small that you could not open your suitcase. - It was dirty as f*** . Old leftover food forgotten in the microwave, dirty and noisy fridge. - Way smaller than what the booking days - no soap provided as the booking claims - could not close the door to the bathroom as the rust has made it stuck - could not close the window (ground level) -toilet brush was so disgusting and old - dirty everywhere, floor, toilet, sink, switches, outlets- everything - owner agreed to refund me the money as she could not change me to another room. Then when silent and since then does not answer.

This is a good value place close to central Saint Denis. It's not far from the central bus station, which was convenient for us. The room itself was nice enough. It's relatively good value for Saint Denis. This place was suitable for us as we just wanted an overnight stay before our flight.

The common areas were a bit run down. The room reservation said it came with a terrace, but there was nothing like that - the door opened directly onto the courtyard which was not at all what we expected. We were looking for a regular hotel with a front desk and reception area so we could leave our bags on the day we checked out as our flight wasn't until late in the evening. However, there's no front desk and at first they said we couldn't leave a bag. However, a friendly woman arranged for us to leave it, which was great.

I was lucky to be at the same time there with a couple just arrived otherwise i would have spelt on the road i had no phone and there wasn't anyone to meet me on arrival

The property is near all facilities in st denis and easy to find. The room was clean 👌

Booked and paid for a double room with kitchen area, terrace, storage units, outdoor dinning area but was forced to go for a smaller room without the amenities included. Very disappointed.

We took an apartment recently renovated and it was great. It was very clean, air conditioning… and the owners were super friendly and nice.

Good location, 5min from the bus station, shops, market.city centre. The room had a microwave, tv, table even in such a small space.

Really tiny room. Looked like it could do with a coat of paint and refurbishing.

The location was good, the people were friendly and relaxed. Even the construction workers were cool and talked with me.

The shower had small issue but not a big deal
