    “Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unjust Booking Cancellation After Long Travel Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a booking I made through your platform. After traveling for almost 15 hours, I arrived at the hotel exhausted, only to be made to wait over one hour at the reception desk. Shockingly, instead of honoring my confirmed reservation, the hotel receptionist abruptly canceled my booking in the middle of the night. This behavior is completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional, and has caused me severe mental and physical distress after such a long and hectic journey. I had trusted Booking.com to provide a smooth and reliable experience, but what I faced was the exact opposite. I demand: 1. An immediate explanation from Booking.com and the hotel regarding this unprofessional conduct. 2. Full compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expenses caused. 3. Strong action to ensure that such irresponsible hotels are not allowed to continue exploiting customers through your platform.
