My husband and I were both so impressed how amazing the rooms and pool were very fresh & updated. The rooms were very clean and smelled great also everything you need in the rooms for your stay. The owner Bill was awesome and very nice. He had everything you need for the beach or pool. It was so close to the boardwalk we walked there and enjoyed the night life. I would love to stay again soon!

    I read the reviews on this property before I stayed,, and let's just say the bad 1s were not honest, This place WAS AMAZING for me on my BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, if they had a restaurant on the property it would be wonderful the lil place by the pool is a whole JOKE we never ate there because they were never open,,,so take your chances oh the food in the area didn't disappoint,, everything was great, I'm hopeful about returning to Hollywood and staying in the same place

    THIS PROPERTY IS EXACTLY WHAT IS ON THERE WEBSITE. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, LOCATION WAS AMAZING. IT IS A RETRO PLACED. NO REAL UPDATES, TO ME PART OF THE CHARM. THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED. THEY HAVE OLDER FIXTURES SO THERE MADE REALLY WELL NOT THE PLASTIC CRAP IN HOTELS TODAY.     Everything! The room is huge enough to accomodate a couple and 3 kids, and the cleaning was impecable! The ocean view is just breathtaking, the bed is soo cozy and the staff is just amazing!     It is great the weekend I went had a great air show with Blue Angels flying in the sky. It adheres to multiple vibes even the club scene to go dancing or the family- bike rentals are available enough restaurants on the strip and one of the Best Pizza shops in Broward not like Chicago or New York pizza but still good and large in serving.

    We went to Lucky Fish for dinner and had the most amazing view from the bar. The weather was just gorgeous. Afterwards, we walked on the beach which was a beautiful white sandy beach. The waves were coming in and the sound was just so soothing.

    Not the best experience. No wake up call and I had to catch a plane. No computer to print boarding passes. It cost me $50.00 at the airport to get them. If I knew that the hotel couldn't print them, I would have stayed at a different place. Defective faucets in kitchen and bath. Defective electrical outlet in bathroom. Unsafe shower (No hand rails. The one they had was falling off). Room was clean and good bed. Sparse breakfast, broken waffle maker. Would have been nice to have Ice water/lemon aid available when you arrive (It's Florida).

    It was a sad experience the breakfast was poor. eggs everyday filled with water, No sausage, or sausage link, no croissants, no herbal tea. ridiculous. The maid did a poor job cleansing the rooms were never swept. Had to pick up a third towel everyday although I reminded them that it was three adults i the room. The beds are too small.

    The house is spacious and clean, with enough bedrooms and other amenities that make it perfect. Plenty of plates, cookware, and utensils. The host even left us some welcome beverages in the fridge. The patio was amazing with enough seating for loads of people. My grandkids especially loved the saltwater pool. I would highly recommend a stay at this house with these amazing hosts. John called or emailed several times, and he was so kind.

    I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

    I stayed in the Heron complex of Vacation Villages.

    I stayed in the Heron complex of Vacation Villages. Registration is in an entirely different part of Weston; then inadequate directions are given to drive to the room. I had to return to the registration office three times (at night) for clarity. Staff seemed indifferent. They didn't even mention my room was on a different street! Other guests commented they also had trouble finding their room. Heron I is more like an old run-down hotel suite, rather than an apartment. The stone flooring was quite damaged. There was no stove, oven or dishwasher, not even a dishpan to wash dishes in. There was a bad sugar-ant infestation. Ants got in my electronics! At least 12 ants crawled into a glass of tea left overnight on the counter. The bathtub is a SAFETY HAZARD no grips anywhere. You've been warned, Vacation Villages. The toilet needs repair. The flapper had to be refitted after EVERY flush to stop the water running. Poor maintenance! Don't get me started on the cheap toilet paper. Like wrapping tissue it was! Guests should bring their own roll or suffer the consequences! :-\ I will not return to this overpriced, poor quality room.

    They scammed me I paid a night of 75 dollars I made my reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 175 dollars that they were going to return when I delivered my room the next day I waited 1 week and they returned me 100 dollars they stole 75 dollars that I want to know why they didn't return the total deposit I call me and they don't tell me anything they don't give me an answer from the worst hotels there I don't recommend it at all
