The swimming pool is gorgeous, and there’s even a well-equipped gym on site. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Cairo!

Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence Heliopolis. The room was super clean, modern, and felt brand new! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff;they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even upgraded our rooms, which was such a generous gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely—friendly, attentive, and always greeting us with a smile. You can tell that customer service is a real priority here, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Mr. Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend staying here!
