    “Very good location - right at the start of multiple trails but still only a 10-15 minute walk from the visitor centre area. There is also a regular free shuttle bus to and from the hotel that takes under 5 minutes. The hotel also has a free sunrise shuttle bus to the train station for the sunrise train, which was very well organised. Breakfast and dinner were good - we stayed two nights and were surprised and impressed that the food was completely different both days, we would have expected the same menu, but it was nice to have a change. The room we stayed in within the modern wing was nice - a bit dated but the location made up for it.”

    “We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful – on our first evening they even came to pick us up when we got lost, which already showed how much they care about their guests. The service throughout our stay was absolutely excellent. Both manor houses were stunning, with breathtaking views all around. In the mornings we were greeted by funny little grasshoppers, as if they were wishing us good morning, and our daughter especially loved spending time with the sweet cats. It’s a place filled with warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. We can’t recommend it enough – a true gem!”
