“The house is quite splendid in its design if not a tad bit dated. However, the view over the valley is splendid and the breeze that blows through the house is divine! The balcony upstairs is perfect for early morning waking and yoga with that spending view. It is very close to several beaches. The kitchen was great for cooking and was well-equipped. For those who love exercise, the hills are right up your alley!!
There were a few problems that were quite significant but Ron and I communicated and he made up for these shortcomings with his presence, generosity and kindness. We did the tour to the volcano, a coffee plantation, visited a wooden Mask Maestro and the museum in the old Hacienda. The museum was especially good and Jupiter lead us through the fantastic pre-hispanic pottery collection and the work of Alejandro Rangel Hidalgo. Amazing!!”
