“Beautiful hostel and the family was friendly, everything was very clean, I recommend.”

“The staff were all very friendly (I assume the two managers are a couple with a baby, which is sweet) and were very helpful, including accommodating my dietary needs at breakfast. The swimming pool isn't huge but was clean and pleasant, and the hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach and bars whilst still being located far enough away so as to not be disturbed by the noise of the town. I ended up staying an additional night and actually stayed in two rooms, both of which were comfortable. There is also a kind of chill out area with hammocks, which is exactly what I wanted.”

“Small but beautiful property located a couple 100m from the beach. Fully functional communal kitchen with a large fridge, kept clean every day by a friendly employee. Comfortable and clean pool area.”

  • “We booked this accomodation for 1 night, surrounded by the pure nature. Looking at 4 vulcanos at the same time. The owner and personal are very kind and open for a nice conversation. Also good kwality / price. If you are looking to spend a good time in the nature for 2 or 3 days, then this one will satisfy you !”

“Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a problem at arrival with the cleaning of our room but when I brought the matter to attention they fixed it immediately and even gave us a discount for the extra night we stayed. I really believe it was an honest mistake. We ended up extending our stay to a full week because we felt so comfortable there. Staff is really friendly and helpful. There was just a change in administration when we were there and the old as new admins were friendly, hard working and really serious about making guests have a beautiful time.”

“It's a rustic, hostel type of hotel, if you're looking for economy this is your place.”

“We booked the 2 persons suite at Manglare. We had a spacious room and a beautiful bathroom, which was open and gave a really tropical experience. There was a shared kitchen outside that you can use if you’re staying in Manglare, also a possibility to put your food/drinks in the fridge. The location is very calm and like a 5 min walk to the beach. El paredon is quite busy and there are some parties, but in Manglare it’s very calm. We liked it. Extra thing is that it is close to the mangroves, where you can rent some kayaks for example. At the end of our stay, we forgot some stuff that was still drying outside. We took contact with Manglare and they immediately were very helpful: they searched for a way to sent us our belongings by express delivery to our next hotel in Flores. Thanks for this service. Highly recommend it!”

“Nothing . We had to leave the hotel, because we found out there was after-party in this hotel . There was clearly notified on booking.com that there was no parties allowed. We therefore had to leave, and find another place to stay in the middle of the night.”

“This place is a great budget stay when in El Paredon. Very much a no frills place, which is exactly what we expected when we booked it. The location is perfect, very walkable to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. We were without electricity for the night due to the storm, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The staff, especially Carlos were very welcoming and friendly. The pool was kept clean and felt almost private, I imagine because of the low season. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay by the beach!”
