Firstly, so attentive and friendly host Mr. Jon, and Mr. Tharanga who looks after Villa. They kept in touch since the first minutes of my booking was confirmed. I felt free to ask any questions- especially, it was my first time in Sri Lanka, so it was helpful. Villa is in a very good condition - so clean and beautiful! Wonderful spacious rooms with huge balconies and great views everywhere around. You are really among the palms, incredible nature, birds, peacocks, chipmunks 🐿️ so crazy ;))) I am a nature lover, and I was absolutely amazed 🙌🏼 Lovely rooftop and outside kitchens with all the facilities are also there. As mentioned before, the villa and its area around are very clean, well maintained and it is clear that a lot of work is put into it every day - thanks to Mr. Tharanga 😊👍🏻 And it is guarded by beautiful dog Coco 🐕 It was clear that owners pay a lot of attention, care and love to this place. So, it was Home, it was perfect 👌🏼 I definitely recommend it!”

They were very kind. Localization: The hotel is very near the main supermarkets, restaurants and shops, but away from the busy area of Hikkaduwa. There were some noise due to the trains, but that is quite common overall Hikkaduwa. Anyway there are not frequent. One of the rooms was very large, the other room was smaller. Anyway, all of them were comfortable, with the necessary furniture. The bed were comfortable. too. Good air conditioning. Bathrooms - Very Good, large and clean. Shower with hot water and good pressure. Toiletries (shower gel and soap) were provided. Pool - very clean and good. It was very good to swim. Wifi: Very good”

    “The family’s warmth and care – they even helped me recover when I arrived with food poisoning. Very tasty and abundant breakfast and dinner, with flexible pricing for dinner. Peaceful location; the passing train added to the atmosphere. Safe feeling as a solo female traveler, since my room was in the backyard of the family home. Great recommendations and help with transport for activities – I was even taken to their home village and the temple, which was an unforgettable experience. Tuk tuk rides were often offered, and I was kindly accompanied when coming home after sunset. Stable WiFi on-site, plus a coworking space with AC just around the corner. Laundry service was possible, and cafés/shops are only a 10-minute walk away.”
