  “My husband and I were excited to stay here because the hotel is brand new, and we were told that everything would be peaceful. In fact, we were the very first guests to stay here, so we really wanted to leave a good review to help support this new place. But sadly, our experience turned out to be very stressful and disappointing Before we checked in, I told the manager that we left our previous hotel because of early morning drilling and construction noise. She even said, Yes, you made a good decision and promised that there would be no such problems here But on the very first morning, we were woken up by loud drilling sounds above our room When we asked about it, the manager told us that it was from a neighboring building, So we gave them another chance and moved to the 3rd floor to avoid the noise Then on the second morning, at around 6 AM, we were woken up again this time, the drilling was even louder and happening right in front of our door. To make it worse, we looked up and clearly saw that the workers were installing a sign with the hotel’s name on the roof right above our room. So it was definitely not a neighbor’s construction it was their own hotel’s project.”

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The location is ideal — just minutes from My Khe Beach and close to cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Despite its central location, the hotel feels calm and private, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights was the cleanliness of the entire property. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. I also appreciated the availability of kitchen facilities in the room, which made my stay more flexible and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Da Nang. It exceeded my expectations and I would gladly return.”
