    “It was just a bad experience. They promised a shuttle, I called from the airport, the frontdesk woman was just so full of attitude. In the end, after 3 calls to the hotel after standing for a while after 9hr flight, I gave up and got a taxi to the hotel. I was given a room where the windows looked out into section of the restaurant as it adjoined the hotel kitchen. There were no windows to outside and no fresh air. Then the safe battery failed with my passport and money inside. Took over an hour to get that resolved. The bellman had to come to switch the tv on and to change the channels. Breakfast was one person recording room numbers and serving the buffet at her own sweet pace. No fruits in sight. I must say that the bellmen are the saving grace of that place. They were so helpful. Couldn't wait to escape in the morning. Luckily, I had only booked the one night.”
