Terrible experience! We booked this property through Booking, received a confirmation, and were already on our way when we decided to call the owner just to check what time we could arrive. To our shock, we were told that the house was already occupied and we couldn’t come. No apologies, no explanation — just a cold “find another place.”
We were almost there, already driving towards the property, and only found this out because we took the initiative to call. How is it even possible to confirm a booking and then reject guests without notice? Completely unacceptable service and attitude. Avoid!”
