The camp itself is beautiful, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate my vegetarian and gluten free dietary needs. The rest of my family fully enjoyed all the 'regular' food. The tents are spacious, well appointed, and....bug free! We did not have any shortage of hot water. The min-fridge is fully stocked (and included!). The safari drives do not disappoint. We saw plenty of 4 of the big five (minus the elusive leopard), and cheetah's and just about everything else. Hot water bottles and blankets were provided for chilly AM drives. The sun setter drinks in "the bush" were unforgettable. Overall - this was a wonderful stay.Guest review byPamUnited States

The view was overwhelming.. deers, blue wildebeest, Zebras and three gIraffes were grazing in the wide expanse not more than 50m from us. The same 3 giraffes 'blocked' out path when driving the few meters to our bungalow. What an experience! The staff were super helpful. Central to a number of tourist attractions, i.e. Umfolozi National Park, St Lucia part of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park. The town is a typical bustling, vibrant rural town, traffic a bit chaotic. Wish we could have spent longer than 2 days at the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi park. Saw lots of animals and the watsapp group that helps you to see much more in the park.
