    “Nothing!”

  • “Location”

  • “This is a great location for the airport! Easy to catch bus into old town. Good breakfast and lovely staff, super helpful. Super clean.”

“I stayed here for a month and found it safe, clean, and within walking distance of both Centro and Chapultepec. The staff were very kind, respectful and professional, especially the night staff. It’s very basic in terms of comfort, don’t expect anything like a Travelodge, it’s more similar to a university room. But for the price, it does the job. It’s also surprisingly quiet during the day, and the other residents are respectful of noise after a certain hour. Some floors are occupied by long-term tenants, which gives the place a bit of a safe feel. Internet was very reliable during my stay for those working remotely.”

  • “Excellent hotel in safe area! Recommend”

  • “Great location just a short walk from the Plaza (featuring great restaurants and shops). Caring staff attended to all our needs (hairdryer, blanket, etc). Our room was very clean, however this inside corner room was so large that it could have easily accommodated a queen- or king-sized bed. Parking appears to be an issue in the Centro area of town, so the ample parking at the hotel is a bonus. We will definitely stay here again on out next trip to beautiful & charming Mazmalita!”

“It is very nicely furnished. I loved that we had a corner unit with 2 walls of sliding glass doors that opened onto 2 balconies. It created indoor-outdoor living at its best. The kitchen is well designed and appointed with top-of-the-line appliances and everything needed to prepare a great meal. The rooftop dipping pool is nice and cool with expansive city and ocean views. The host, Alex, is fantastic. Our driver who was new to the city got lost trying to find the place and Alex drove to meet us and guide us back to the apartment. He also allowed us to have as late of a checkout as we wanted because it was my birthday.”
