    “the room we were in each time we had a shower the floor flooded out of the shower area around to toilet and made floor slippery. The lifts are a joke. you have 2 lifts and the gym people push in when you have been waiting for lift and when the lift does open its already packed. you need better structure and the gym people should be using the stairs”

    ““Fantastic location — close to the beach, the night market, and plenty of restaurants. The hotel has a convenient underground parking garage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet had good variety with different dishes each day. The downside is the elevator wait time, which is very, very long, especially during breakfast hours and around 5–6 PM. Lastly, the bidet spray in the toilet is way too strong — I’m still haunted by the water pressure and how it interacted with my body. Overall, if I come back to Nha Trang, I would definitely choose this hotel again.””

Free amenities like toothbrush and toohpaste in bathroom and 2 botlles od small water everyday. Beautifull view from our room to seaside.”

    “The lobby was quite nice, the staff were excellent and really helpful. I stayed in the Premier Executive Sea View with Balcony; the photos are pretty accurate. Clean enough, with a pretty good view. I woke up at 5:30 am to watch the sunrise, which did not disappoint. The spa is cheaper than places nearby, decent massage, but bare facilities-perfectly fine by me. Great location, easy walk to the beach, hundreds of cafes, spas (Soul Senses is great!), restaurants nearby, and a shopping center.”

    “The location is one of the best in town, our suite was very spacious with a great 90° view of the beach and the bay. The mattress is super comfy. Although the suite looks a tad ascetic, nothing really to complain about. The breakfast has a not very wide selection, but one will not leave hungry.”
