“Very unique! The cottages give you a sense of a skiresort cabin, very cozy wooden paneling, spacious and clean. The restaurant is a gem! You can dine and have breakfast with a view on the farms cows (which you can also pet!!). The food is really good and they serve dishes made from products of the farm such as lovely cheeses but also the lamb was amazing!”

“The position was great. Some rooms face the lake with a lovely view. Our room faced a lava field. However, as it turned out, the Northern lights were playing on our night and the lava field was dark and so, better for viewing ! The breakfast, over the road in a different building was excellent, providing waffle pancakes as well as the usual range of savoury and sweet. and the view from the breakfast room over the lake was lovely. The room and private bathroom were very clean, beds were comfortable, heating was good. A shared space was available for cooking and eating in another building.”
