  “We saw the glowing reviews and booked this inn. Later a Grab driver told us not to believe the reviews! While the owners were friendly, the hotel, location, and room quality did not meet our expectations. We only stayed one night out of five, and moved out to a better hotel for a range of reasons. One was to be closer to our tour activities but also because we found the inn disappointing.”

  “We really enjoyed the terrace and the room itself. The accommodation is comfortable and down to earth, with everything we needed: functioning AC, Wi-Fi, hot water, a small kitchen, and even a fridge stocked with cold drinks, which was very handy. A highlight of our stay was that Lucy and her daughter cooked for us whenever we wished. The dinners were fresh, homemade, and absolutely lovely. Having bikes available for rent on-site was also a great convenience. This place is definitely worth visiting to enjoy the hidden gem of Kei and its stunning white sandy beaches. We also had lots of fun with Elena’s cheerful and sweet daughter! All in all a comfortable no thrills place.”

  “Marlot and Raymond are very nice hosts and they help you with everything you need, as well as their staff. The bungalow is super clean, spacious and comfy! The location is amazing. Tumbuh Oasis is the best stay we had in Indonesia! They also make a very positive impact on the environment and the local community with their anti-plastic program!!”

  “Our stay at Tumbuh Oasis was more than perfect. The property meets the highest European standards—honestly, even if this place were in Europe, it would easily be rated a 10/10. The design and attention to detail are simply outstanding. Every corner of the space has been so thoughtfully done that it makes your stay not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. As for the hosts—They make you feel like part of their family, always open, generous, and genuinely helpful with anything you need. Their warmth and hospitality elevated our experience even further. Same for their staff! Very impressed again as it still make you feel you are living a true local island experience. We would absolutely love to return, and I can confidently say: there’s no other place like this on the island. A true gem and a bargain found! Thank you for everything!”
