We’ve never stayed at a hotel and felt so eager to return. We were treated like family and had a truly enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, quiet, and provided a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was outstanding—full of variety and perfectly prepared. The best we’d had our entire journey! The hosts went above and beyond, and nothing was too much trouble. We received a warm welcome from the owners. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed a lot the shared kitchen and the available living room / dining room area. Everything was wery clean and tidy. The location of the accomodation is ideal, very close to the center of Volvic and to the source.

    Clermont-Ferrand was a really enjoyable place to visit. I especially liked how the city blends natural beauty with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Getting around the city was pretty straightforward. When it came to food, we mostly tried local spots we came across while walking around, and overall, the food scene felt very authentic and accessible. There were also lots of parks and open spaces where he could run around and play. Overall, it’s a great city for a relaxed family trip with a good mix of nature, culture, and kid-friendly activities.

    The bed bugs. toilet paper . I made 3 separate booking .You have to buy your own Toilet paper .room cleaning is extra charge .If I booked 3 times in separate occasions they must be doing the bed and give the cleaned room to me no matter its same room . I paid full price .There was a bug at the window and Room220 is right at the road where Tram runs 24 hours almost .Christina is very rude so be firm with her .The rest of girls are really nice and speaks some English.Christina does not know English at all .She should not be working at a hotel where mostly Foreigners stays .

    So refined, so relaxing so utterly charming. In some ways Vichy is a throwback to different generation yet offers so much to the modern traveller- a beautiful lake to walk or cycle around, great wine bars and restaurants from top end Michelin starred to welcoming cafes.

    Some really good restaurants but you need to book in advance as they all seemed to be busy in the evenings. Parking is quite good in the evenings but takes a bit of time finding a space during the day.

    Issoire is an ideal overnight stop when travelling from the UK to Spain and vice versa. The A75 from Clermont Ferrand to Beziers is the best road I ever travel on -- relatively quiet, especially at night, lovely scenery and a direct route to the Med. Also, the only toll is on the magnificent Millau Bridge, but that is avoidable by going through the town. Central Issoire, where there is a good choice of accommodation, is only a half mile from Junction 13.

    Beautiful and delightful town, excellent starting point for excursions on the Ardeche, hosts two markets a week and leisure activities. The Ardeche valley is a must for trekking and rowing, a wonderful place full of history and charm.

    Very nice town with easy access to beautiful countryside. Plan eating out carefully this time of year (October) as many restaurants etc have limited opening times. Most museums and attractions etc are closed this time of year but the walks are stunning.

    Sorry to say that it took us 30 to 40 mins to check in as the computer was not working I had to press the button for help twice don't want this at check in it was a hot day ant the air conditioning did not work part was broken off any time we go away we always look for b&b hotel not sure anymore

    We had been there before but only for a single night.

    We had been there before but only for a single night. We love the town, the hotel, the atmosphere. We ate breakfast in the hotel which was incredible and ate out for other meals (not available in out hotel). Bit of a nuisance to search for other places to eat - the month was September and quite a few places were closed. The Cafe de Paris was a reliable stop gap.
