The apartment is in a brilliant location with plenty to do nearby – from restaurants and bars to shops and attractions, everything is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed, was beautifully modern, and felt like a home away from home. The rooftop pool was a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

The rooms were fantastic, featuring comfortable mattresses and lovely theme decorations. There were spacious areas and a cozy couch as well. The photos accurately represent the apartment.”

    “This place deserves more than 10 stars in rating, it is an exceptional place. First, it's exactly how it looks in the pictures, we didn't have any surprises. It's a relatively new building therefore things work properly and are new. The best thing of this place is their private swimming pool, it's a gem! And actually it's much bigger than what we were expecting. The shared swimming pool is also great, the view is stunning and we also used the gym and it’s very good - also all machines are new. The location is also perfect, it’s just two blocks away from La Quinta Avenida (but in a residential area). Lots and lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, anything you need. The sea/beach is just 10’ away walking (the problem is the Sargazo). I wish one day I can return to this place!”

The location is basically okay, but next to the building was a construction site, which sometimes generated noise and dust.”

    “The property is very spacious and has all the home comforts, i.e washing machine, dryer etc It is decorated well with a large TV in the living room and includes 3 bathrooms It is located in downtown Tulum close to the beach and a 5 minute drive to a large supermarket To top it off it has a decent sized pool on the roof with a fully kitted out kitchen to match where we enjoyed breakfast on a few occasions”
