  • “The location is in a beautiful , natural setting just away from the main road, however close enough to walk to town for shopping. The house is spacious and offered all we needed for a self sufficient stay. Avocados fall from the garden tree, and the Hondo Hondo birds and monkeys were a joy to watch in the early evening.”

  • “We went on safari, that we had organized ourselves. We loved the gesture that they offered our driver a sleeping place. So he would not have to go far away because the second day he took us to safari again. The service is generous, very friendly and luxury.”

  • “Really beautiful location overlooking where the Great Rift Valley meets Lake Manyara. Rooms are really top notch, quite spacious with great view and especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The chef makes particularly good soups!”

  • Naibala Manyara Lodge Review Score: 10

“To be honest I was skeptical to book this place. We are self driving came from the northern part of Tanzania and desperately needed a break so instead of pushing through to Arusha we looked for places at Mto wa Mba. This place had no reviews so I was hesitant but took the leap and booked it. The place is right by Manyara lake and ran by locals. They did an amazing project. The pool with The view is amazing. The hotel is brand new. They have an abundant of food choices and are so helpful to customize for kids. The staff are incredible! Everyone is smiling and helpful. They took very good care of us. As I understand people don’t know about this place as they are new and not well out there. This is a hidden paradise and people should really visit!”

  • Migombani Camp Review Score: 10

“This beautifully located campsite truly offers everything a guest could wish for—comfort, tranquility, and unforgettable views. It’s not your average campsite; it blends the charm of the outdoors with the convenience of lodge-style service. Guests can choose to stay in a thoughtfully furnished tented room, featuring a very comfortable bed, a bedside table, and a solar-powered light with three brightness settings. Just outside, two safari chairs invite you to sit back and take in the soothing sounds of nature. Prefer to bring your own tent? That’s perfectly welcome too. The highlight for many will be the pool, which overlooks one of the most stunning landscapes you’ll ever see. The on-site restaurant and bar serve what I found high-quality food and drinks, matching the atmosphere perfectly. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff—always available, incredibly kind, and respectful of your privacy. In short: anyone who chooses to stay here is guaranteed to leave with lasting memories—and absolutely no regrets.”
