  “Amazing place to stay in Ninh Binh, the villa is spacious, the private dipping pool is amazing, the breakfast was limited but honestly more than enough anyway. Some people complained about the lack of shades and the bright light in the morning-honestly I didn't really cared that much and slept like a baby. Highly recommended!”

  “Our room was on the ground floor, with a cute little terrace with potted plants complete with a table and chairs. The room was very clean, and the furniture looked pristine. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasantly dry and well-ventilated. There was also a small desk, hangers, a kettle with tea and coffee, air conditioning and a fan, plus soap, shampoo, and all the essentials. Outside, you can hear the nightlife, but inside it was nice and quiet. In the morning we were served a breakfast of toast, jam and eggs which was good. This is a family-owned business, and everyone was incredibly helpful in organizing our trip, buying tickets, and booking taxis. The free bikes were a huge plus for sightseeing. The pool is not in a garden but located in the reception area (with a shower in the back), and was very refreshing after long hot days. They even let us use the pool and bikes after checkout while we waited for our train, which was highly appreciated.”
