Great hotel! 5-mins walk from Ton Sai Pier (turn right when you step off the Pier and see McDonald's). Just follow the path for 3-5 mins and you will come up to a path on your left with a "Hotel Panmanee" wooden signboard across the top. Room is clean, comfortable, with hot water and aircon. Windows are properly secured and bug-proofed with the anti-insect net. Super convenient location and bonus - Has an entire food street right at its doorstep! Short walk to Loh Dalum beach as well. Staff are friendly and helpful for both front office and housekeeping. Bed and pillows are nice and firm (the way I like it). We had a few rainy nights so we were thankful that the hotel has a good roof (not noisy). Great value and yes indeed, it is really newly-renovated! Highly recommended!

The pool was nice, in a perfect location, highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in phi phi, read some comments about staff not being the most pleasant but while we were there they couldn’t do enough to help, couldn’t recommend more :)

This hotel has the perfect location with jaw dropping views. The construction was completed less than a year ago. It was very quiet even though there was activity at the water front below our patio. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, even sending our clothes out to be laundered. The breakfast was downstairs in a cafe open to the lovely view of the water. There were many attendants and many food choices. Delicious! One of the staff would approach us as we entered each morning to take our order of eggs prepared as we wish. After that, we were free to go to the buffet area for meat, fruit, breads etc. and coffee and tea. This hotel felt high end and had excellent service. The staff will suggest and arrange activities if you wish. There are long tail boats right outside the hotel entrance to book for excursions and the pier is just steps away. We used Captain Him (quite the character!) for our snorkeling trips. He gives a very special tour and is always smiling, super fun, an unforgettable day. You can't miss him. He's one of the most vocal boat owners and is by the 7/11. We were able to easily walk from the ferry to the hotel in about 2 minutes. Easy!

It was such a cute hotel.. the staff were so sweet! They decorated our room for us, they were super accommodating and sweet. They gave us vouchers for lunch buffet as a gift since we were on our honeymoon. The bed was super super comfortable, it was clean and just so peaceful. We regret not staying for more than 1 night.

It seems quite difficult to find an affordable hotel in Phi Phi that doesn't have terrible reviews. This place is very nice for the money and in a good location. Not too noisy after midnight. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again if I was in Phi Phi.
