  “We received the instructions prior to the arrival that had google maps to the property, the lock box code and instructions for the concierge. This made the check in easy and fast. The communication with Alejandra (our agent) was very straightforward via WA. We were very grateful for an early check in and late check out options that were granted on our request since we had a late flight back from Cancun. The property is very spacious, secure as it has 24/7 concierge and car park security on site. We were not limited to just 1 pool and were able to use entire development's pool area that spans across 4 buildings. The location is outstanding as it's a short walking distance to the busy 5th Avenue. There is 7/11, a pharmacy, kosher restaurant, gym and a spa/beauty salon outside the apartment block. The nearest beach is Playa 38th. Visiting Playa Car in August means a seaweed season, hence we did not even attempt to swim at the beach as the water was all brown. However, we knew and expected it, hence made our way to cenotes or Cozumel West side for a pristine clear waters.”

  “Firstly the price was amazingly cheap (£37.50 UK POUNDS per night Aug 2025) Location was great. Parking very easy and secure as there is a guardia on the entry gate. Hosts are not on site (apperently managed from Argentina) Just day cleaners are on site in the morning. The apartments are massive, there is loads of space for storing clothes etc. The kitchen is poorly equipped with just the bare bones of utensils, however it had a fully fitted SMEG cooker, microwave and hobs setup which is obviously expensive. The furniture seems like good quality, not the usual IKEA type. Some power sockets didn't work. AC worked well. To us it feels like some investors opened the place with a plan to manage it from another country. We killed 2 large cockroaches in our room during our stay.”

  “The house was simply wonderful! Very spacious, cozy, and at the same time modern. The terrace and the pool are a true gem, especially in the evening, when you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Everything was very clean, with attention to detail, and the furniture and décor created a sense of comfort and style. We really liked that the place is quiet and private, perfect for rest.”

  “Privacy amazing and very nice reception when we got there. So we need a QR CODE to leave and come in at night thru the gates and unfortunately we had no idea so we had a police escorted us the 1st night. Its ok ir was fixed very soon but maybe we should of been told by owner. I guess the language difference. Having access to the REEF is a n amazing option.”
