- From $142.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,072 reviewsVery nice facilities. Restaurant and bar area are very nice. The lounge area is a nice place to enjoy a beverage. The staff in every area are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, roomy, water view, very comfortable bed. Open the window to enjoy the sound of the water lapping on shore. A balcony room would have been even better. Outdoor seating area on the beach was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Ask about an evening fire. Breakfast was very nice and the service friendly. Definitely recommendGuest review byTinaUnited States

There was so much to see and do, we didn’t scratch the surface. I highly recommend taking a walking tour of Old Montreal and/or a mural walking tour or a bicycle tour. The basilica was beautiful and a nighttime ride on the big ferris wheel was worth the cost. We were there for the pro bike race around Mont Royal and it was awesome! Old Montreal was a favorite place for us and had the best restaurants.Guest review byToriUnited States - 10.0
This is a city where you do not need a car.
This is a city where you do not need a car. Even with a small problem walking we were able to go most places. We used the funicular three times and a taxi once. It has lots of great restaurants, historical sites, great shopping and a lot of interesting culture. We thoroughly enjoyed two exhibits at the Musee des Beaux Arts. I would recommend taking the on off bus at the start to get your bearings! It is a city you really want to visit again! Our favorite place for dinner was Rioux and Pettigrew. The meal was delicious and the staff lots of fun and very helpful.Guest review byChristineCanada - 10.0

A variety of activities were available - for all ages. I thought it was a bit of a money grab to charge people to go to what should be a public beach. There were lots of excellent restaurant choices.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Lots of cute coffee places and restaurants within easy walking distance, altho there are some hills. Whale watch with AML was fun. Whale museum was informative. Light hikes/ walks along the shoreline. If you take the bus, note there are no taxis in town to go to the hillside bus stop. You can walk, but it might be too strenuous for some. There may be others but I am only sure that a shuttle is offered to guests of the historic Hotel Tadoussac. Really enjoyed coffee on the sunny porch of Abri Côtier, very close to Hotel Tadoussac. Food was good at Chez Mathilde and there was music the night I went. Cafe Bohème had a good mussel/frites dish. Located next door to the only supermarket I found. Cooler in Tadoussac than in Quebec City.Guest review byJulieUnited States - 10.0

Dorval Airport: Easy to navigate. Helpful staff. Clean and fresh. Cleaning staff were cleaning, not just pushing equipment around, they were busy doing their job. The bus service from the airport into the city is excellent. Other airports could benefit from a similar system.Guest review byGwendolynCanada - 8.0

The Cape Shrine is a beautiful and tranqualizing pilgreamge place. The Le Temps D'une Pinte is a good place to finish the day with good food, good local beers, and good service. Unfortunately and fortunately, we expereinced the first snow of the year and so could not go on foot to enjoy the history of the buildings in the downtown area, but then the snow added the beauty to the city.Guest review byLOUIS YAN HINHong Kong - 6.0

I love Gatineau, it was my childhood home. It is very beautiful, however, with all the construction, long weekend traffic & Ironman rally detours unbeknownst to us tourists, plus a couple fender benders, traffic was horrific for getting around.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
