“Modern flat in a modern building. Very safe access to the building with biometric (facial) recognition. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Big windows with side view of the Guaiba River. Air conditioning units in both rooms kept temperature warm in cold winter days. Plenty of wardrobe space as well as kitchen cupboards. Kitchen was very well equipped. The building has a gym that we enjoyed. The swimming pool communal and area is beautiful.”
