“Everything- from the friendly and helpful staff when we arrived to the delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. The evening meal was excellent -we had burrata and ham hock starters, followed by fish bouillabaisse and venison with a peppercorn sauce. Dinner and breakfast is served in the lovely Victorian dining room with ornately carved wooden panelling - and would highly recommend having evening meals here. We had beautiful weather and sat in the garden for drinks overlooking fabulous views across Loch Long. However the hotel would be a cosy venue in winter or rainy days - we can't wait to return!”
