“The fabulous thai breakfast is the saving grace for this guest house & sitting overlooking the dirty river with a few boats passing is pleasant in the mornings. The staff are pleasant & did help us with our luggage. Close walking proximity to the Amphawa markets, but they are very basic compared to Chiang Mai or Hua Hin markets. 1 or 2 x nights more than enough here. All buildings here are run down & paths & walkways in need of repair. Dog poo ERVERYWHERE! Old heritage look. Thankfully, we had a corner room which had extra windows, however, most other rooms are quite dark.”
