  “The house is fully consistent with the description on the website. On the day of arrival there were severe frosts somewhere around 30, but the house was warm, so to speak, we were greeted warmly.))) And also beautiful nature, the house is located on the shore of a large lake. I plan to come there in the summer to see the beauty of this place.”

  “The cabin is very nice and cozy. The bed is comfortable, and you really feel like sleeping in a romantic honeymoon suite. There are complimentary linens and towels! What a treat! Thank you! This is not common for such a place. Thank you again.”

  “Our family hade a very nice stay at Soppela Resort summer 2025. The manager was very helpful, considerate and available. We got tips about what to do and visit. The inside premises of the resort was clean and had a special interior since the origin classroom was partly preserved. We had a spacious room and access to the whole kitchen. The children enjoyed theirself at the gym and went for swims in the lake.”

  “The traditional wooden cabins located by the lake are fantastic opportunity to chillax. There are some activities to find in a drive distance and a restaurant in a walking distance. The owner is very nice and generous also with some good information. We stayed only two days but could enjoy another couple of days easy.”

  “The house was comfortable and felt like a home. A lot of care had been taken over the décor and finishings. We really appreciated that Pekka and Pauliina took the time to show us around and explain everything when we arrived.”

  “A unique accommodation in a well-preserved school with an 80s feel. Our family got to sleep in a former classroom where the blackboard and school maps were still there. There is a refrigerator and possibility to cook and wash dishes in the room but we also had access to the former school kitchen. A preserved gymnasium, forest and swimming pool right next door were perfect for the children. This accomodation is very good for large groups. Also groups where a part of the group want to stay in a caravan as they also have a campsite. Timo is a nice and helpful host.”

  “I can fully recommend this place. It's great option if you want to visit national parks in this part of Finland as well as Santa Claus Village. The area is just by the lake and there are a few walking paths around. The house itself is rather small, but it's more than enough for 3 people. Self check-in was easy and well organized by the host. The host is communicative and helpful.”
