“Hotel Pontives is a wonderful example of the fact that you don't have to be in a 5 star hotel to feel special. The staff's attitude is kind, with a sense of humor and understanding towards each of us. We are grateful to them for everything. Right in front of the hotel are the bus stops in the direction of Ortisei and Bolzano. Ortisei is 10 minutes away by bus and Bolzano is about an hour away. For us, the fact that there are no shops or restaurants around the hotel was not a problem. The hotel restaurant has quite good cuisine, a rich menu with large portions. Some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not, but they are nevertheless well maintained and clean.”
