  “First, the location was excellent. Apart on the beach promenade, a few steps away from the beach and all facilities. Our hosts Nunzio and Elisa were very helpful before arrival till our departure. You can reach them for any help need. The apart was beyond expectations. Very nicely decorated and clean place. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 1 mezzanine and a nice small patio on the back side. Our hosts were very kind to think of providing some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. Best place to be in Viareggio.”

  “This was a perfect starting point for our holiday. The communication from the hotel was polite and timely and a very warm welcome for our arrival and lots of suggestions for places to eat. We had a nice apartment with a great veranda space. Access to the pool was easy and the views from the roof were stunning. The hotel was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and walks.”

  “A spacious apartment conveniently located a super-short walk away from the beach. Apartment has everything needed. There are many shops, resetaurants and caffees around. Many of the resataurants around delivery to the apartment as well. Very hepful host met us to hand over the keys, was always accessible for all questions, was flexible and all the changes in our plans were managed in fast and friendly manner. Really great option for a family stay in Viareggio.”

  “Fantastic villa in a good location to explore what the nearby places have to offer. Lucca is a 15-20 minute drive from here and a fantastic place to visit. The villa itself is spacious and well equipped, we ate in a couple of times and had no issues cooking meals. The pool is lovely and a fantastic way to cool down. The host makes you feel welcome; we felt like we had complete privacy throughout our entire stay.”

  “Giuseppe and his family are fantastic hosts, he is very attentive to the needs, the communication is easy and without delays. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, equipped with everything you need in a calm location within 10 min distance from the pedestrian area, nearby many restaurants and groceries. The provided bicycles and a private car parking were a huge convenience. Nice patio was a real pleasure to have breakfasts, dinners or a cup of coffee outside.”

  “After 10 nights I feel, that I always had a seahouse:) Atmosphere as at home comes with the first minute. Lots of beautiful things and all the necessary amenities inside (and outside, for example, the villa has a special place in the yard for a washing machine). The representative of owners Monica was very polite and eager to help with advice of car rental and many other things. Location is wonderful - just 1 street from the best beaches, including Silvio and legendary Alpemare. Same street with the historical centre, just turn left from the villa and enjoy 15 min walk. Restaurant on the opposite side of the villa, bakery to the right, small supermarket on the left. Even on a rainy day there are lots of things to enjoy, for example, seat under the roof in the yard and have coffee, watching the clouds. The villa space is good for the family: 1 or 2 grown ups and 1-2 kids.”
