    “It is a beautiful holiday home, nicely decorated. It is situated next to a big pond with ducks and it has its own 'garden'/seating area with a terrace and also a lawn with a fire place. Unfortunately we only needed the place for one night to catch our ferry the next day, but it would be nice to have the opportunity to stay longer.”

    “A very well-equipped and homely property with clean, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Having the whole house to ourselves made for a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect - adjacent to the town ramparts which offer an alternative wooded stroll into town. There is an excellent bakery a short walk away for breakfast pastries. An added benefit was on-street parking directly outside the property, courtesy of a permit for peak hours. Many thanks Jerry. We hope to return for longer next time!”

    “Gravelines is a beautiful town, within easy access to many lovely beach towns, Cap Blanc-Nez and Belgium. The property is spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. It has a large garden totally enclosed and a parking space. Shutters give privacy. Easy walking distance to the main square (big market on a Friday morning). Quiet neighbours on each side.”

    “We were staying to visit some of the battle of the Somme sites, and this property was within easy reach of a lot of them. Its only about 14km from Ypres. The property is excellent, and very quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. Only a couple of minutes drive into the local town, which has every facility possible. Beautiful countryside views all round. Would highly recommend.”
