1. Arrived early for check-in but the nice restaurant/beer garden was open and that made the wait so much better. 2. Unfortunately the rooms don't have refrigerators but that meant anytime you needed milk for tea - you can call front-desk and they brought it to you in seconds - it was a nice service. 3. Room Service - they do offer the ability to bring food to the room. 4. recommend the suites because they have a sunset view. 5. On-site restaurants - the pub and Vu restaurant have the same food but lovely experiences and high quality food. 6. Joe provided great service

This was a great location near the center of Bewdley. The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.

The buildings are beautiful & I loved its history. I stayed with my dog who was made very welcome. The grounds and perfect for dog walking as well as very peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean, tasteful furniture for the period of the property & extremely comfortable bed. Food was delicious too & beautifully prepared. I would struggle to find any fault with this hotel!

Perfect for relaxing and kicking back for a few days. Quiet afternoons in the lounge area or a drink and meal in the bar/restaurant, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Food in the Hook Restauarant was excellent as was the breakfast. Having stayed at dog friendly hotels in the past, the experience at The Fish takes it to a whole different level, our little dog also had a Pawsome stay.

It's as beautiful as the pictures on their web pages ! The full breakfast with fruit, sausage, ham, egg, potatoes, mushrooms, beans and of course juice, coffee/tea, breads, and pastries was enough to keep anyone going until dinner time. A dozen towns in the Cotswolds deserve visits, and staying in Dumbleton Hall doubled the enjoyment of our trip there.

It's called the Malvern Hills & the main street is steep. However with so many places to eat, interesting shops, an impressive theatre & beautiful scenery, it's a national treasure. Walking the hills is quite spiritual, and something everyone should experience. Also it boasts two main line stations if you can tear yourself away.
