We had to pay for someone else minibar consumption. We had no proof that we did not consume any bottles, and they don't trust customers, but they believe their staff never make mistakes. Shower cabins in 62 are very small (and I am a small person 😄). Toiletries had missing items in boxes, which means they don't prepare the rooms carefully.

Great view from apartment 62 and convenient layout (2 connected rooms with separated bathrooms). The location is very good close to attractions, 2 private parking areas and a bus station few feet down the street. Very good breakfast and helpful staff .

The swimming pool was empty with no staff to assist us. It was dark and cold and the sauna was working for a very short time.

The room was nice and clean but the shower wasn't working on its full functions.. The restaurant was great with fresh made food and very tasty.

Shower and TV

The hotel is veey nice,. My son loved taking a swim before bed, minus the shower took some time to work it, and the TV position is not aligned with the bed.

The room was small, the balcony so small that we didn t have anything to sit on, and the pool even smaller. I think the pool is designed only to just stay a little in it, not really swimming. So if you have kids waiting for having super fan in the pool, you need to temper a little their expectations. I regret not having a bigger or more confortable balcony to enjoy the view and the fresh mountain air in the evening, as there is no place to stay and relax in front of the hotel and the terrace is not very easy to get to and access to it stops along with the closing of the restaurant, at 10pm.

The room and hotel in general looks elegant, nice and clean. The sheets and towels are brightly white, the room smells nice. There is an elevator with a view, nice terrace in the back with a beautiful garden arrangement The personnel were kind and helpful, polite and smiling The breakfast was ok and the window view was pleasent.

Showers were a bit of a nightmare in 2/3 rooms we had. The staff was helpful and tried to fix it, however it was a bit inconvenient. Some doors didn't work quite well.. Some fixtures need a bit of upgrading. ( Lampshade cracked etc. Pool stairs were a bit loose and wobbly) However despite these little issues, I still enjoyed the stay.

The staff were very helpful and nice, overall very clean and a lovely vast selection for breakfast.The location was great very near to Peleș Castle. My room had a lovely balcony with a great view. My travel companions rooms had narrow long windows. Had a decent pool ( smaller than expected but clean and warm water) had a sauna too.

Breakfast started late, at 8:30. The swimming pool is a smaller than it looks on the pictures.

Nice location, only 10 minutes walk to Peles castle. Comfortable and quiet room with a great view. Interesting breakfast with a lot of choice.

There were some light fixtures issues and our room was at the semi-basement which was a surprise to me.

Friendly staff, good food, ok area. :) They agreed to let us stay over the checkout hour as to be closer to our departure by train. Close to Sinaia Monastery, a bit further from city center.

I don't think this is a 4* hotel. My room missing AirCon, the balcony was tiny, the room is pretty small as well the bathroom. Staying upstairs without AirCon și pretty painful as it gets hot during summer time. I had to keep balcony door opened and the result was awful: flying bugs and even one bee entered the room during the afternoon.

Location is good, not in the heart of Sinaia but always a pleasure to walk 15 minutes. Busses available and also taxi from downtown costs about 3 euro The hotel is clean and the staff is polite. Breakfast was very good as well.

The bathroom quiet small.

The breakfast can cover most of the demands, with various types of foods. The view from restaurants, as well from the rooms is nice. Rooms are nice furnitured. The parking place is covering the necessary for the gueat, so, at any time i fund a slot. Even low temperature outdoor, the hotel was confortable heated. Personnel nice and helpfull.

Very small swimming pool with no laungers (only a few chairs, pretty unconfortable for a pool). Jacuzzi was not working. Very small balcony (at least in my room) - only one person sized. No air conditioning.
