We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bulevard. The room itself was clean, spacious, and pretty. The staff were very friendly, they answered all our needs without a fault. We definitely will book this hotel again when we come back to Constanta. Its location is well positioned, within a walking distance from the beach and Sat Vacanta and Mamaia. The restaurant serves great food and even has 2 roof terraces where you could chill. The only downfall at that moment was that we couldn't use the swimming pool as it was under renovation. In conclusion, for us, it was a great experience/stay and, at a fair price.

The location is close to the main street, which can cause noise in the front rooms. The aesthetics of the outside of the hotel are not at all appealing, but the rooms are ok, except the bathrooms, which could look a lot better.

The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I had while traveling in Europe, at 3-4 star hotels — great variety, taste, quality.

Despite a light issue in our booking, the receptionist was so kind to arrange things The parking area is easy to access. The room is pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast is recommended

There was a problem with the switching on the tv and the hairdryer, but the boy from the reception came right now and when he changed the cards, the problem fixed.

Just a small detail: shower cabin was tiny and water was stowing. Not that closed to the beach.

Very clean room, good size of the room, big double bed. Air conditioning working very good. Although the room was facing Main Street and was on top of the pool, it was very quiet. Best breakfast I had since a while in a hotel and I mean comparing with all 4 stars I’ve seen in the last few years. Very good dinner as well. Friendly and helpful personell, very professional and knowledgeable.

The facilities in the room are old (furniture, carpet, bathroom), the TV is small. Only one coffee machine in the restaurant, very busy during the breakfast.

Very good hotel, close to the beach and to the lake. The swimming pool is amazing, the breakfast is good, the staff is very king. A lot of towels provided every day, drinking water (cold and hot) on each floor. Very good air conditioning and clean rooms.
