Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No negative impressions...
Fantastic location, a short walk to the fortress. Biker friendly with very easy self check in. The host was very hospitable, he gave us valuable information about the city, restaurants, we got a map of the fortress and a binder with places and attractions to see. The was clean, comfy bed and functional for us with moto gear.

This place is AMAZING. It is so clean and everything is organized, you will receive all the detailed instructions about checking in. Everything is made so easy for you! There is enough parking space for your car as well, and such a short walk to all the sights. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Rooms are like hotel rooms, so clean and tidy with everything you may need (also AC and two separate blankets!). There is Delonghi coffee machine and coffee beans in the common kitchen to make a coffee for free, also the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Just the best ever place to stay, I travel a lot and this exceeded all my expectations! Than you!

Perfect budget choice, only 10 minutes on foot from the citadel walls. Simple room but clean and comfortable in every way. Convenient, safe parking inside the yard, free of charge. Ideal for motorcycles. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful garden and a convenient communal kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, great communication via WhatsApp.

The location was nice, the water was hot, the owner gave us all the details from the entry code to how to get there and how to find the room, the check-in was contactless, there was free coffee and milk in the kitchen, there was free parking close to the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Two of us arrived on motorbikes. We could park inside for free. The owner immediately explained to us where to go and the next day he lent us clean motorbike towels. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including an automatic coffee maker. If I go again, I know where to come back.

We liked it all
The guesthouse is an easy 15minute walk from both the train station and the Citadel area. Shower water was hot and strong, bathroom had a bidet. Solid WiFi. The host was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and flexible - especially when we had to add a night due to train schedules. She even pointed us toward a bakery, stored our bags after check out, and gave us a tourist map. The bed had separate blankets, which was nice. Coffee always available in the kitchen

The hosts were super helpful. The room fabulous and clean, the shared kitchen is incredibly outfitted and coffee/tea was available all day! The property is close to the old town area and an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores not far either.

Casa Soare offers everything a tourist could wish for: Friendly staff, well equipped room with comfortable bed, on-site parking, walking distance from historic town centre, restaurants, shops and train / bus station. Bonus: The communal breakfast / lunch / dining room and terrace are perfect for getting to know the other guests.

The sheets were very harsh which was uncomfortable to sleep on. Room was not super spacious.

The room was not very spacious, but comfortable with very well working air conditioning. The whole property was ideal with plenty of space to spend a nice time with a nice garden, good secure parking, a large common kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and full of good advice. The place is close to the old town (10 min walk), next to a bakery and a supermarket. A great experience!

excellent location, friendly and great staff - the lady waited for us, since we were coming late in the evening! apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything that you might need and a huge terrace. no kitchen or fridge, but downstairs there’s fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. huge „yasss” to the bath instead of shower! beds were a bit too soft for us, but for other it might be a plus.
