Quiet accommodation at the end of the village. Rooms were good, clean, bathroom and kitchen was shared. It's a short walk to the shop and restaurant but a walk is not a bad thing. We could sit on the terrace, it was pleasant.

Communicative owners, very nice, open and polite. The facility is well equipped and maintained with extraordinary care and attention to cleanliness inside and out. Room equipment is adequate. The place is very pretty and atmospheric. Secure parking is available. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The offer fully matches the description.

About a mile up a steep hill out of Novaci

On the start of the Transalpina. Comfortable room. A good restaurant, Kremario at one of the petrol stations.

The owner, Nely, was sweet and lovely, and the facilities were great. Unfortunately I don't speak Romanian, so we weren't able to converse, but we still managed to communicate with smiles, nods, gestures and Google Translate. The room was clean & comfortable, and I had access to my own bathroom, shared kitchen, and off-road parking which was great to park my motorbike. The location is spot-on for access to Transalpina 👌

Rooms are not very sound-proof. Only 2x half rolls of toilet paper. I'm sure I could have asked for more, but it's not exactly convenient to do so when your pants are already around your ankles and your bum is dirty. There's an annoying fully "automatic" light in the bathroom. There's only a sensor and no switch to turn it off. It's fine during the day, but if you get up to go to the toilet at night, this super bright light hits your eyes all off the sudden to make sure you're fully awake. Also the light stays for another 4-5 minutes after you're done and the bathroom door is half glass, so the light continues to hit your face while you're in bed. No A/C or fan. If you keep the window and the bathroom door open there's a nice breeze, but it also means that with every movement on the bed, the bathroom light turns on.

It is a comfortable place with a quite large room and a nice shared kitchen. There is also a common sitting and eating area outside. The hosts were very hospitable. The casa is located at the very entrance to the beautiful transalpina road. The town of Novaci with its original traditional architecture is also worth a visit.

It was unusually hot the night we stayed. No A/C (ther norm in Romania) and there were no fans in the rooms and no air circulation, even with the windows open. This led to a less than restful night. In fairness to the host, we did not ask for fans and they may be willing to provide them. Keep this in mind for summer stays

The best location for bikers doing Transalpina. Excellent service. We came late at 2AM and the host, who speaks excellent English, woke up to take us inside. They have safe parking for motorcycle.

I discovered this delightful and cozy spot nestled at the start of the scenic Transalpina route (67C). The pure mountain air combined with incredibly comfortable beds and a fully equipped communal kitchen boasting a breathtaking view of nature made my stay unforgettable. The hotel's courtyard offers parking spaces for 4-5 cars and an open veranda, creating a perfect setting to enjoy a cup of coffee or a beer. For a delicious breakfast, I recommend heading back to the village of Novachi and checking out the Novicoff restaurant. If I find myself in these parts again, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here.

Due the acces to the bathroom is not done directly from the room, it could be a bit uncomfortable if the stay lasts many days.

I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness and space of the room and the access to an equipped kitchen
