I really recommend this very decent hotel, one of the best of its kind. I stayed in Romania.! Well renovated it proposes various balnear activities , a reasonably priced kitchen and a nice staff. I would really want to come again in the following years.

I stayed here for one night in June and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful experience. The location is ideal—right by the Olt River with stunning views that immediately put me at ease. The cleanliness of the property really stood out, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What I especially loved were the nearby mineral baths—perfect for a moment of calm and rejuvenation. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and take a deep breath. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind—whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or simply in need of a wellness break. A hidden gem in Călimănești!

Customers staying at the Cozia Spa Complex should benefit from bathrobes included in the room price.
The complex is well located, but the area is quite noisy. The thermal water pools are an attraction in themselves, but tourists staying in the hotel should benefit from a reduced price.

Normally, the hotel should reserve, upon request, parking spaces for the hotel's customers at the time of booking the stay. During the weekend, if you want to check-out in the morning until 9 o'clock, you have to stand in the same queue with those who want to enter the pool, although there are 2 people at the reception. As a rule, there is a distribution of tasks: one person checks out and another takes care of the customers who want to go to the pool.
The complex is well located, but the area is quite noisy. The food offered in the restaurant has a good quality/price ratio, but still a price above the average of the area.

Romaniawe had a problem with the balcony door that was making a very disturbing noise when handled(disrupting our neighbours sleep). despite the fact that both us and our neighbour informed the receptionist about this problem on the second day, nothing was done until the last day. this made us leave the balcony door open all the time.
We received our room earlier as our train arrived early. The room was clean. All the personnel were kind. Nice view from our room to the mountains. Well organised treatments schedule.

SlovakiaThe main bed (queen bed) was in relation to the comfort O.K. (little harder), but was small (about 140-150 cm wide). The extra bed was uncomfortable - soft, but insable and infirm. We had a room oriented to the road, it was very hard to sleep with opened window. In the room and on the balcony we missed some hooks for the drying of the swimsuits and towels (in a hotel with aquapark or baths it should be necessary).
We had a renovated room with extra bed in hotel Caciulata. It was a very nice 3* room. On the window was a net against insects, it was very good. The staff of the hotel and restaurant was perfect, very kind, smiley and helpfull. The meals in restaurant were for a good price, but as well as in wells (healthy baths), very healthy - quality ingredients without salt and spices. The aquapark was for extra price - but for a good price - 3,5 hour for 2 adults and 8 yers child about 20 Eur. The water in the aquapark and pools seems to be thermal and mineral water. The toboggans were not opened all the time, but in some ununderstable periods. The hotel has a very nice area between the mountains. When we travel around again, we will come back.
