Dirty armchair. No sleepers. And about the breakfast just a plate with little food . Unexpected

The furnitures were old. The light in the room and in the bathroom is alittle bit low. The breakfast was served to room.

The hotel is close to tram line and metro line. I used taxi for transport. The receptionist was very welcoming. Room was comfortable. THe breackfast was served to room at the required time.

It is better to inform in advance if you are having breakfast so that they can prepare it. I informed when I arrive that I wanted to have a breakfast next day and they were able to manage it.

They are helpful preparing the invoice for the company details. It was just one night stay and quick but the staff were nice. Special thanks to Dana and the lady at the reception. They both were super nice.

Only 1 chair in the room. Pictures had a mini fridge and none in the room. Room 206 is facing the street and it's noisy. Price too high for the facility.

Very hard to find out the parking spaces.

Very central location to the shopping centre Veranda and easy access to bus and metro. Easy access to restaurants and Bucur Obor market.

They did not reissue an invoice for me as I had already departed and they said the invoice was issued already. Mind you, I never received one! They wanted a “good review” without moving a single finger to provide any type of service but the minimum minimorum.

First of all is a lot of noice you can hear car and ambulance( because is close by 2 hospitals) then you can hear everything from other rooms the bed uncomfortable, the shower the first day was not hot so we had to wash ourself with cold water

It was noisy from the other guests, from outside, being located right on Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, hardly opened and closed the room’s door, which made me feel unsafe. Also, sheets were full of human hair, I put a towel on it, which luckily I had with me.

Greasy finger prints on the doors . Doors not easy to open , close didn’t even dare to lock as been stuck out . Dirty curtains (never been washed) ; I kept the windows open ,over night ,and the dusty air through curtains ,activated my asthma; last night couldn’t sleep as suffocating in cough . Bad old pillows , which I covered with my own towel . I use my own ,white sleepers indoors, and after 3 days ,they were,very dirty ,as a proof of dirt in the carpet . Carpet must be shampooed! Curtains and windows needs a good wash ! The street noise , makes the sleep ,close to impossible, but ear plugs will sort it . For all of these , i expect a refund of 20% of what I paid !

Room very small :3 m width and about 5 long I paid for a bigger room but the one I paid for was with a big support,concrete pole straight in the middle .Bathroom, very clean ,but not enough space between ,shower cubicle and toilet; a bit of a squeeze . Good supplies of toiletries. Air conditioning working. Wardrobe with hangers . Good size bed , comfortable mattress,clean mattress protector and bedding .

The only issue was that i was having a room next to the road, and the trams noise was too loud even if the windows were closed. I recommend you to ask for a room on the other side of the building. Air con was amazing especially that temperature was 36+ when I was there.

Not so clean, the trash wasn't taken in 5 days, no clean towels in 5 days. AC wasn't clean and didn't function properly.

The bedsheets had holes in them. The bedsheets had blood stains. I asked reception for new sheets and was told no. Dust everywhere. Bugs in the bathroom.

Very small room (pictures made with zoom out), dust everywhere, pee droplets on the walls near the toilet, some alcohol bottle and cigarette buds hidden in the bathroom (bet they’re still there), mosquito tablets smell imprinted in all the fabrics, couldn’t get rid of it neither in 1h of ventilating the “room”, AC unit is the only option to heat up the place, sheets feel unclean, dirty walls, wiggly door lock totally not secure.

Very close to the subway station and other transportation methods. 24/7 Supermarket across the street. Friendly staff.

- Very cold inside room, no central heating, only by Air Conditioner - Repairing works inside hotel till 20:00, so it was very noisy - No special parking for car, only few places near hotel
