Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If you are coming in the summer check ahead if the ac is working. It wasn’t when we were there in early May. It can get pretty hot in the east-facing rooms.
This is probably the best hotel in Baiła. Centrally located with secure parking. Spacious clean rooms.

Excellent. We stayed a night and we had the high school reunion party in the restaurant. The rooms were really clean and tidy with a very warm and welcoming feel to it. Off street parking also very helpful, It was also in the perfect location to enjoy Braila. The reception staff is very friendly and professional.Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

There was no hot-water in the room, not for washing the hand and not for shower. The elevator makes a big noise that can be heard in the room everytime it starts from ground 0. English was not always understood by the Staff.
Location of the Hotel is great, if someone is visiting the Port then its a no brainer. Parking the car at the Hotel is easy, there are parking places at both sides of the building. The surrounding and the allocation of the Hotel gives a confident secure feeling.

I didn't like the cleaning services, the closets were very dusty, the bathroom did not have quality hygene products and not for two people, anyway. There were no tissues of any kind in the room, no waste bin, no electric kettle, no tea or coffee facilities which one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast offer was also poor in choices and the rude staff in charge of it were pretty in a hurry to gather everything and close it before 10 am.
I liked the room, although not very big, the hotel, the restaurant which was large and beautiful, the covered terrace, the reception staff who were very polite and helpful.

Not 4 star facilities. I chose this hotel because of the restaurant. It was not open. I have MS and did not want to walk around at night. A lot of difficulty caused. Bar service very limited and stock was a problem. Even when mini bar had a supply

Honest information, in due time, about noisy and disturbing, all night long events, taking place at the location, during our stay. It was just one night, yet compromised by this aspect.
room - good location - good breakfast - good Wedding, all night long, in the ground floor restaurant, very noisy and disturbing We've left email address and phone number during reservation, yet not being informed about the wedding taking place that night, during reservation process! they told us about it only on arrival, leaving us no alternative to get another, more silent location. We've been able to sleep only after wedding (6 AM!). that day we had a long and difficult drive ahead! Not a really honest policy.
