The receptionist was not very friendly, but all the other staff were friendly and helpful. Also, I should have been asked for my booking reference number rather than my name. Using my name, I was given the impression that only one room was booked. There were 2 rooms under the booking reference, one room for myself and the other for my friend.

- The water is given only on day one of your stay, regardless of how long you stay - in my room the bathroom was so small and there was no place to hang towels

The room could have been cleaner. No hooks or any place to leave your coat in the hallway, or any other place besides the small wardrobe near the bed. This seemed very strange. The bathroom smelled of sewage and did not have a window or a working vent system. The room was booked for two people, but there was only one bathrobe, one pair of slippers and so on. 24h room service is advertised on their site. However, the phone in the room was not functional. When I went to the reception they told me the kitchen is closed anyway so no room service is available and offered to send someone the next morning to fix the phone. A stocked mini bar would have been nice.

The room itself is nice, I liked the industrial look of it. The location is great, as well as the restaurants available on the hotel premises.

I have an allergy to dust so I had to take my allergy medication during my stay (I could actually see the dust filling up on the furniture). Another thing was: they never replaced to water bottle, which was a first! Oh and at some point, I entered my room and there was a small spoon in the bathroom? Hahaha that was funny because I didn't left it there since I didn't actually use any small spoon, means it was done during the cleaning.

The hotel was walkable distance from the office I was going to. The room is also quite big, liked the lightning in it. :) breakfast was on top and the restaurant was also great!

The room that I stayed in did not have any sound proofing. There was a party in the same day when I was staying and they had music. You can hear the sounds from the basement up to the room.

The location was good. You have the Promenada mall near you, 10 minute walk. The interior of the Hotel is ok The room was clean The staff was friendly and nice. You can park your car in their parking lot for the day at an extra cost of 50 lei per day.

Location not convient to get to Old Town. There's a troll stop outside, but no where to buy a ticket. The bartender was absent and when he was there, didn't provide good service.

Nice hotel. We were there for the whisky fest they were hosting.

Staff's sourness and displayed superior attitude along with Major differences between the room photos and the actual room provided. Leads to a thought of possible scam… Swiming cap is a must to enter the pool and flooring in entire pool area is slippery.

We had problems with room heating. In the first room the heating wasn't working and the reception gave us another room. In that room the heating was working but the tablet controller was not working so we couldn't set the temperature at a fixed value. We had to open the windows to close the heating because it was too hot and after, close the windows to start the heating because it got too cold in the room
