Excellent location after driving the Transfăgărășan. Cute cottages - quite new and still undergoing building on site that didn't bother us. Lovely on-site dining room serving delicious dinners. The staff/manageress was very sweet.

The breakfast starts a bit late (8:30) so if you plan to leave early it might be a delay factor.

Location is very easy to find and near to the entrance of Transfagarasan. Also the room was very clean ans spacious.

As others have mentioned, could do without the music on the terrace, but everything else was great.

A nice place to spend the night before or after (in our case, after) driving the Transfagarasan. Our tiny house was very clean and had plenty of space for two. We enjoyed a beer on the terrace and had a relaxing swim in the pool after local families left for the day. It was very quiet at night despite being close to the road. There is a construction project happening on the property so there is some noise during the day and the view is a bit blocked by the new building. A note on finding the place: Apple maps may tell you it is on the opposite side of the road. It is easy to miss the sign but keep an eye out for a wood Pepsi Cola sign with a chef statue next to it.

Can’t really think of anything apart from the mildly annoying music playing at all times in the restaurant/bar area.

Quiet, comfortable and clean wooden chalets just off the roadside. Our little chalet was quiet and spotlessly clean with everything you’d need. Staff were very pleasant. The small pool was a nice extra touch. Breakfast was good.

An oasis after a hard road up in the mountains, with astonishing views, heavy traffic and bears! Big pool to swim and relax. Nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast (and out last papanasi dessert in this roadtrip). Spacious and comfortable room in two levels, lovely garden. Free parking. Kind people.

The sofa in the 6th house was really really bad, I think that it should definitely be replaced.

I loved the houses and the garden with a lot of outdoor activities. The staff was amazing and we really appreciated the dedication of the lady who served us at the restaurant, she was incredibily patient and kind with us.

Would improve child's double bed. Not suitable to sleep on for 2 people. Heating for cold days based on AC. Perfect for the second floor, but less effective for the ground floor.

The B&B is not heated enough and it was cold downstairs. The owner of the place is not polite and does not speak English

Great place to stop off the Transfagarasan road. There are 4 B&Bs for couples and one large B&B for a family. Downstairs there are 2 pull-out couches and upstairs a double bed. In a new and clean place with quality towels and ironed sheets. An electric kettle was missing and the owner of the place gave it to us. There is a pool, a playground, a large trampoline and a wooden house for children. Breakfast was nice and satisfying.

Staff not very friendly. No fruit, cereals or yoghurt with breakfast. Unstable internet. Not much to do in the neighbourhood, although Curtea de Arges is a nice city at 30 minutes driving.

Nice Scandinavian style wooden bungalows, not far from the main road, but still quiet. Minibar. Breakfast a la carte. Free parking. Pool, should be nice in summer.

Shampoo and shower gel satchets not good enough. Hot tub is sitting unused as it costs extra 300 ron just to light some wood on fire. No kettles in a room as well

The staff was very helpful mostly one girl that did everything, reception waiter on restaurant dishing... Where can you find such workers Thank you Bianka:) But its like everyone is a bit hostile.... A little bit of smiling can go a long way

Pool is great and not crowded, the play area is wonderful for the kids the restaurant is very good with good prices the beds are so comfortable and air-conditioning is good

It was a great overall experience. A very easy check-in / check-out experience with a very helpful lady at the desk. As for the "Căsuță" it was awesome, very clean and very comfortable. Recommend it 100%. Will definitely return.

we loved everything. the lovely new houses. we are a family of 4 and we took 2 so everyone could enjoy to the fullest. the furniture in the houses is also new. you also have the pool and the restaurant. the air is just sublime. we all had the best sleep. my husband had the best run in the morning. and the proximity of the transafgarasan road is unbeatable.
