Everything was great

Spotless clean, tastefully decorated, great location ealking distance to the center of Oradea. There is self checkin so you don’t need to worry about coordonating with the host. The apartment is really gorgeous and has everything you might need. There is also free public parking in the area. Would definitely come again.

its near rush street, but with closed window and AC is okay. we couĺd hesr neigbours upstairs, but its not owners fault

accomodation has everything for short and also long stay. its quite big, nice and cozy. communication with owner was also good. you can park on street next to house.

No coffee beans for the coffee machine. Not a big concern , but if you are travelling like us on a motorcycle you don't have a lot of space to carry all the options , coffee pods, ground coffee or beans for the various machines, and we really appreciate the stays where a coffee machine is part of the deal and some gear is provided to actually make a few cups of coffee.

Great apartment a short stroll to the city centre and a great little supermarket. Very nicely decorated and appointed apartment.

The room we receive, room No1, has street view and is a little noisy. The bedroom area has a window, on upper side which cannot be covered, so night time the street light is quite strong.

Walking distance to the city centre and interest points.

We had a bad time when we were washing up and broke a coffee cup handle. We were asked to replace the whole set for €20 which we considered unreasonable. The owner got angry for about ten minutes. Unnecessarily harsh argument over one cup. He is big and my wife is tiny but he just would not let it go.

Beautiful place, clean, with good design, and a good location, the only “ problem “ is the noise from the cars outside, you can hear them with the windows closed, more with open, so if you are a light sleeper like me, is a struggle the noise part. We stayed in the nr 1 app, which is the only one next to the street. Everything else is very nice! 🤍

The ground floor of an old house was divided into two to create two separate small apartments. In addition, another small apartment was created on the roof of the building. During these renovations, the sound insulation is very bad since the boardex material was used to separate the apartments. In other words, there are no normal walls. The guests of the three apartments can hear each other and their footsteps. The lack of a fire extinguisher is a big deficiency. Since the two sides of the house are the main street and the street, vehicle noise can be heard. The temperature of the apartment we stayed in was low. We called the owner, but they must be controlling the entire house with a central system and remote control, because the desired temperature could not be provided. Although there was air conditioning in the room, we could not use the air conditioning because the owner did not put a remote control. The apartment's kitchen aspirator provides air circulation in the room, and for some reason there was only one fork. The bathroom is small and the wall extending into the bathtub was an obstacle for a comfortable shower. In addition, since there is no curtain along the bathtub, water splashes around. Despite what the owner wrote in the description section, we were not given the free entrance barcode and QR code to museums and touristic locations that were stated to be provided to guests due to cooperation with the local government in terms of tourism.  When we were asked about our accommodation at the entrance to the municipality tower we visited, we also asked for information about the QR code, but we accidentally learned that the host could not use such a promotion. I think they called the host to warn him. Because the host made a very rude and unacceptable offer.

I stayed here twice as the place is great, the decor is really nice, the location is close enough to the centre and the host is nice, everything is good.
