Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was a bit too far from some of the sights and a lot of walking was needed. The TV reception was not good in the room.
I was given an upgrade and the room was great. It was spacious.and clean. And breakfast was very good.

Would have liked to have an assigned space for our rental car, but we managed to find a place to park across the street.
The Breakfast was very good. Tasty choices and the servers (Marius and Mary) were absolutely delightful. Even when the dining room was full of guests, they continue to serve, clean and restock.

The building is mainly made of glass windows which strongly attract the sun. When we arrived our room had the air conditioner swichted off, so it was incredibily warm. The conditioner had the directional wing broken sticked with scotch, so the temperature in the room was often too hot. I would suggest to add some others sweet food to the breakfast.
Perfectly located just 15 minutes walking from the city centre, also close and well connected to the airport. Just 2 minutes walking from the hotel is full of nice bars and restaurants. The staff is smiling and friendly, everything in the room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel has some usefull safe public parking just in front. Last, for breakfast we loved the small donuts with jam.

The hotel has an excellent location, with all attractions accessible on foot (if you enjoy walking) or by public transport. Restaurants, cafes, and bars are located close to the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean, with comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

I had a wonderful stay at Moxa Bucharest Boutique Hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet close to the heart of Bucharest. I truly enjoyed my experience here.

Always great to be back! Whenever possible, my first choice when in Bucharest due to location, room size, bed size and confort. Impecable customer service. Love the inner courtyard where you can unwind with a glass of wine or have breakfast in the mornings.

Memory foam beds were very hot for the summer. Has an Israel flag on the outside.

First room we were given, pillows were lumpy and The bed was uncomfortable.
The hotel was convenient, we asked for more pillows and a quieter room and these requests were accommodated. Staffordshire were helpful and friendly. More choice at breakfast would be nice. Overall facilities were fairly clean and the hotel was good value for money.

There's honestly nothing that needs improving.
Bogdan was amazing - the upgrade of our suite and the flexibility of us being allowed to shower after check out in the Sauna shower. Thanks so much - it made our last day in Romania amazing.

We had a great experiience with no complaints.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly when we were leaving they were very good organising transportation. The hotel offerred a very good buffet breakfast with table service for your coffee and tea which was nice.
