My room was a little warm and the thermostat didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal. It was cold outside and I cracked my balcony door for a little while.

The employee in the restaurant and at breakfast in the morning was excellent! She was so friendly and welcoming!

A bit far away from main town if you don't have a car. Room not air conditioned. Noisy with barking dogs at night.

Friendly staff who were willing to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast was included in price and was nice with a good variety of choices to cater for all.

I have no qualms -- everything was great.

This was the most beautiful mountain retreats I have gone to. The facilities were high quality and attention to detail really made the experience. The bed was comfortable, and waking up to the balcony view of the mountains was breathtaking. I recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bușteni (and will return myself in the future).

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about

The hotel looks newly regurbished, very clean and comfortable. There are free parking spots around the building, there is a a la carte restaurant (we only tried deserts, fabulous), the staff is very friendly and can offer you advices about what to see and do.

Right at the arrival we met a bored, arrogant person, so the first impression was not good at all. He had no idea were to find our reservation and tried to send us away. For my taste the mattress was too soft. For everybody, it was too hot inside, min. 30 degrees Celsius, we turned off the heating immediately after entering the room and stayed half night with open windows, but still couldn't sleep well. So we heated up half of the valley, with all the warm released from our room? If energy costs are not important for the owners, at least some awareness towards our environment?

Brand new looking hotel, nothing to mention, super clean! In the morning, at the reception everything was ok, nice ladies, helpful.

A ventilation tube / or something similar was exactly under our window and it was noisy all day long, it was stopping at 22.30/23.00 and starting again around 7.00-7.30. The stuff was not enough, we went down for breakfast at 08.45 and we could understand they have issues with the stuff that were serving and the kitchen part. only 1 person was there trying to fulfil all the tasks. She was really trying hard, but it was not enough. she needed some extra legs and hands. Unfortunately we have seen this issue in many other hotels/ pensions and restaurants. It’s a general lack of personnel in many domains in the last year. if it is not this and the hotel owner / administrator doesn’t want to hire more people, the quality of the services will drop very soon….

The rooms are spacious and very clean. very nice view with the mountains from the restaurant and moat probably from some of the rooms. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Dinner at the restaurant could have been better. Better to avoid ordering pasta from there.

A very good breakfast. Location was perfect except for the sound of passing cars and trains. But with the double glazed windows this issue was solved.

The suite is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years old. Breakfast quite rich, the restaurant is fine. Cleaning in the room, cleaning in the hotel, friendly and qualified staff.

It was a technical issue with the elevator, so we had to carry all luggages on the stairs and we were on the third floor. I suppose this was just temporary as we were there for one night, so we just got unlucky. But there was really nothing else to complain, the hotel is perfect and also the stuff.

Everything was great! the room and bathroom were very spaceus and clean! The hotel seems to be brand new and the rooms look exactly as in the photos. We were a bit late for breakfast but the stuff keep everything for us for another 30 min so we can enjoy all the varieties and drink our coffee without rush. We really appreciated it! We will come back for sure :)

- We had some issues with the bathroom drainage; the water wouldn’t drain in one of the rooms, and there was a slight smell but which faded away after the first day.
