The pool is too small for the capacity of the hotel. There were some stray dogs in the garden, near the pool and on the terrace.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied. We also had dinner and was delicious.

Smoking was allowed anywhere outside. This is a resort for respiratory treatment and the smoking even outside must be allowed only on some areas. There are 3 terraces, only one of them should be allowed for smoking. People come there for natural aerosols not Tabaco smock. There are a lot of child for treatment but their parent or grandparent smoke around them anytime. The resort must seriously consider a smoke restriction policy on terraces and swimming pools areas. Considering that his hotel is mainly used for respiratory treatment a appropriate smoking policy is a must.

The building is very nice, pretty cheaply renovated in 2012, but very nice, rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean, although the bathtub with shower curtain gave us 90' vibes... Housemaids replaced the towels daily, and that is it, no other bathroom cleaning, no vacuuming, no bed making, nothing else. The food at the breakfast buffet was of pretty low quality, especially in contrast with the a la carte dinner menu, which was pricy but excellent. The surrounding parc and forest is ideal to go on walks and hear the birds chirping away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, relaxed well, but just think this hotel is a little bit pricey for what it offers.

Cleaning was practically nonexistent. You were asked if you need something and that was it The menu a la carte was poor and expansive (small portions) The sweedish buffet was very expansive

The park was amazing for walking, the terrace was large and comfy

Baile Govora city is almost empty. Two or three open hotels are not enough to name it “relax station”

Exceptional breakfast, but too much waste. Please find a way to teach your clients to not take so much food and leave a lot on the plates!

It's just the shower in the bathroom that needs to be updated. Internet speed depends on the number o users. Early in the morning and late in the evening it was fine.

I love the location, Very quiet in the woods. The staff is friendly, nevertheless to all were speaking English, there was allays someone that could. I did not use the SPA, I can't say anything about it. The parking is free for the guests, which made my stay much simpler.

The hotel is placed near a very beautiful natural park. Th building has an “interbelic scent”. Tasty breakfast with the best lemonade I ever drank - sugar free✅

One lose dog in the parking lot, many wasps (I think there is a have next to the hotel). On 28.08.2024 there was no attendend at the outdoor pool so we had to attend for ouselved...take matress from storage area, take ash tray and so on...and no one to serve cold Drinks.. on the other hand, on 27.08.2024, there was a very nice attendant, very attentive to guests.

Very stylish hotel (royal vibe), wonderful spa, very good food, next to town park, big parking lot, friendly staff, very clean.

Not a dislike, more of an improvement suggestion - more loungers in the outdoor pool area. For how many people the hotel can accommodate, here particularly (where it’s lovely to sit during the summer), could have used more sun beds :)

Absolutely loved our stay here - the staff was very friendly and highly professional, rooms were clean and had all needed facilities, the breakfast was very tasty AND varied (lots of options to choose from), restaurant food (lunch and dinner) absolutely delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

I did not like the breakfast ( the eggs were dry, no fresh juice., .the water was from plastic barrel....... the quality of the products was poor). The pool has not enough beachbeds. The phones from rooms are not working. The roomaids are too noisy .

I liked the design of the hotel, it has un impressive marble staires . The rooms are spacious. The terrace is nice and the music from the terrace takes you back in time. The nearby park is large, quit and well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly.

The shower in the bathtub instead of a shower cabin. Bathroom outdated, needs improvements.

The outdoor pool , with very warm and clean water, surrounded by big trees with singing birds , the old fashioned music coming from the restaurant terrace.
