1. Nobody has met us in front of the building as it was supposed to be; nobody has answered my phone call either. Lucky us, there was a neighbour who has phoned the owner. Then everything went smoothly. As we were told that's because the responsible person was on holiday. 2. Our apartment (B2) because of its location got less sunlight. Though in summer heat it is rather positive side.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, very clean, the area very convenient to get around, just a short walk from the old town and the palace of the parliament and with a metro station nearby. We could not have an early check in, but we were able to store our luggage beforehand. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and with excellent amenities both for a shorter or a longer stay. While our apartment was facing the street, which is quite busy, the windows are well insulated so there is hardly any noise at night. The apartment is within walking distance form the Old Town, Parliament and Cismigiu park. There is a supermarket nearby, also a really good café and many pastry stores. The host was very helpful and friendly, our special requests were accommodated without any problem and we were provided lots of useful information on the area and Bucharest in general.

Beautiful apartment. Great location close to Izvor and Cismigiu Parks. Coffee shops, supermarket etc around the corner. Only 15 mintues walk to Old Town. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and gave us lots of information. He really went out of his way to help me find a good flower shop. Thank you!

The property was well located within a 15 min walk to the old town and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Inside the apartment was was as shown on the photos. Its on a busy road but we could not hear the traffic because it was well soundproofed and the traffic quitened down at night. There was a little supermarket just round the corner from the apartment where you could get milk and supplies for breakfast. The Parliament Building was a 10 minute walk away across the park. The host was very attentive. We arrived late in the evening but he popped round the next morning to see if we were Ok and to suggest places of interest and recommend restaurants. His communication was quick and efficient; very hospitable.

We had an amazing stay with a family at this appartment. It is warm, clean and cozy, we felt like home with our 2 kids. The location is very convenient to explore the city, metro is just few steps and old town is like 15 minutes by foot. The host is very attentive, thanks a lot for hospitality, it was a great start of the year 2025! Highly recommend to anyone!

Enormous 2 bedroom apartment which exceed our expectations. For this prize there are many big one bedroom apartments but this one was with 2 bedrooms and big living room. We were 3 but it could be booked even by 6 persons. And also to mention that the apartment we got was really silent, not noisy at all, it was an apartment to the inner court. After the booking you are contacted by the owner/s and you get all the information that you need how to find it, how to enter the apartment and also some extra propositions for locations which are worth to visit. We stayed in contact with the owner all the time and he answered very quick to all the questions. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped in an attractive industrial style. The kitchen was equipped with big fridge and microwave and everything you need. The bathroom was also enormous and modern. There is also a separate restroom. The location of the apartment has to be mentioned as well - very close to the center and the Old Town. It is also very close to the Parliament as well , 9 mins from the North entrance of it, which is actually the entrance for tourists and visits. It took us 12 mins by walking to reach the Old Town and Calea Victoriei street. Or you are 3 bus stops and 5 mins from Piata Unirii, as there are 2 bus stations next to the apartment - the one around 250 m away and the other 50 m away from the front door of the building. And you have few patisseries within 3-4 minutes by walking next to the apartment. For sure if we visit Bucharest once again, we will book the apartment, if its free of course :)

Not against the host or apartment, but on the last night the flat above made alot of noise through the night till 3am. But this wouldn't deter me booking the apartment again.

It’s city life, so if you’re ultra sensitive to noise then just be aware that sometimes you‘ll hear automobiles and general noise (which you’re going to hear in any city). Beyond that, the property is very well maintained and the management team is wonderful…. Definitely would recommend.

We loved that it was protected and gated, and Florin (property manager) was the absolute best. He was so patient, helpful and quick to correspond. The grounds behind the gate are impeccable… nice and clean. We felt safe and happy to stay there, especially knowing Florin was so helpful with us.

The place has a full kitchen with a nice coffee maker, and provided coffee pods, coffee granules and tea mixes, which are sometimes difficult to find when you arrive late at night and/or you are there only for a short stay. The place was clean, had everything we need. It was located within walking distance to the old town, parks, parliament, downtown etc. Metro and bus accessible and closely, easy to hop in and go to the visitors or tourist sites. Florin was an excellent host. We recommend this place highly.
